The www.bieap.gov.in not opeing the site. I tried since a week. my purpose is central schlorships for intermedate above 80% puiple. so please guide me the application and details for the same. Its most urgent to me. what its petty thing

the bieap scholarship list is not opened.
i am trying from 3 days.so please guide me.
and also one dought whether the application form is post by ourself? or head of the institution?

I need to apply for scholarship for my 2nd year and I am unable to download the form from www.bieap.gov.in. I now see that the website itself is not opening at all. I am really worried as the last day is on 15th August and I still dont have the form with me. Please assist

the list is not opening which is needed for students.if the list is not getting opened means what is the use of it.please try use make the site used by the all people.

Sir, It is said merit scholarship.The application was given to me of my daughter roll no:1028229645 Schp.IDNO.10/s/Gen/G/93.But while going though the conditions,it is said that annual income should not does not exceed Rs4,50,000. Though she go 98% she is not eligible just because my income limit is exceeding the prescribed limit.The rules should be amended otherwise there is no meaning for merit. KPRAO
